Online Booking
Reservations made online on this site will be immediately active after payment of the confirmation deposit – our email will follow with all the booking details. With the payment of the confirmation deposit, the general booking and cancellation conditions are considered understood and accepted.

 

Reception
9.00 am / 1.00 Pm – 2.30 pm /5.00 pm

 

Check in
Hours: from 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm. of the day of arrival (in particular cases, it is possible to agree on different times).
The apartments are available starting from 2.30 pm. of the day of arrival. Early check in on request.
At check-in, identity documents and a security deposit of €100.00 will be required; upon payment of the stay, the keys to the apartments will be given.

 

Check out
Hours: from 9.00 to 10.30 A.M. of the day of departure.
The apartments must be vacated and left in order by 10.30 A.M. of the day of departure. Late check out on request.
The security deposit will be returned at check-out (net of any damages incurred).

 

Customer Responsibilities
The customer has the responsibility to treat the accommodation with respect and is held responsible for any damage that he himself or anyone in his group or his pet has caused. The customer is required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy. The customer is obliged to wash the dishes, empty the fridge and freezer before departure and not leave rubbish inside or outside the apartment, even if final cleaning is included in the price. The staff will be able to verify in person at check out. If the above is not respected, an amount of €100 will be requested.

The customer is responsible for any personal or physical damage that he or his pet causes during the rental period, even for damage for which he is or can be insured. The customer has the duty to ensure that neither he nor the people accompanying him nor his pet (where permitted) disturb the neighbors of the house or the surrounding area. If the customer or one of the people accompanying him or his pet (where permitted) acts in an inappropriate or unacceptable manner, we reserve the right to cancel the rental immediately and without notice. In this case Borgo Sant’Ercolano is not required to reimburse all or part of the rental cost.

City Tax

 

For the Municipality of Civitella in Val di Chiana there is no tourist tax.

Terms of payment

 

Borgo Sant’Ercolano offers a single non-cancellable rate, with a 30% deposit (non-returnable) to be paid by bank transfer upon booking and the 70% balance to be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash at check-in.

You will have four days to finalize the payment while maintaining the validity of the reservation.

For cancellations caused by proven health reasons or force majeure, the entire payment will be refunded.

Pool

 

Opening hours: 8.00 A.M. – 8.00 P.M.

The use of headphones is mandatory.

The supply of a pool towel is €10. It is not permitted to use the towels present in the apartment.

Children under the age of 14 may access the swimming pool accompanied and under the strict supervision of an adult.

You will find the swimming pool regulations at the entrance.

Parking

 

There is a reserved covered car park in the structure, free but unattended.

Pets

 

We accept pets with advance notice, accompanied by an international booklet certifying the presence of microchips and a list of annual vaccinations. Animals cannot access the swimming pool area and solarium, and must in any case be kept under custody within the common areas.
