La Casa del Cantiniere

La Casa del Cantiniere opens onto a large living room with an open kitchen and a fireplace. The two double bedrooms, tastefully furnished and enriched with fine tapestries, both have a private bathroom.

The large French windows allow natural light to fill the spaces, offering a view of the garden and the swimming pool, whose gentle gurgling accompanies moments of relaxation. Here, the panorama enchants, while the chirping of birds gives an atmosphere of peace and harmony.

Located on the ground floor, the apartment has an outdoor courtyard equipped with deckchairs, table and chairs. It is located next to La Rimessa dello Stalliere, an ideal solution for families or groups of friends who want to stay close by.

Online booking

The reservation made online on this site will be immediately active after payment of the confirmatory deposit.
You will receive an email from us with all the reservation details.

With the payment of the confirmation deposit, the general booking and cancellation conditions are considered understood and accepted.

Payment methods

Borgo Sant’Ercolano offers a single non-cancellable rate, with a 30% deposit (non-refundable) to be paid by bank transfer upon booking and a 70% balance to be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash upon check-in.

You will have four days to finalize the payment while maintaining the validity of the reservation.

For cancellations caused by proven health reasons or force majeure, your entire payment will be refunded.

Tourist tax

There is no tourist tax.

Reception

Our reception opening hours are from 9am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 5pm.

Check-in

Check-in is possible from 2:30 pm to 5 pm on the day of arrival.
The keys will be given to you upon payment of the stay.

Check-out

Check-out is possible from 9 to 10:30 on the day of departure.
Late check-out is available on request, for a fee.

Customer responsibility

The customer has the responsibility to treat the accommodation with respect.
He is held responsible for any damage that he himself – or anyone in his group or his pet – has caused.

The guest is required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
The guest is required to wash the dishes, empty the fridge and freezer before leaving and not leave rubbish inside or outside the apartment, even if final cleaning is included in the price.
The staff will be able to verify in person at check-out.
If the above is not respected, a sum of 100 euros will be requested.

The customer is responsible for any personal or physical damage that he, or his pet, causes during the rental period, even for damages for which he is or may be insured.

The customer has the duty to ensure that neither he nor the people accompanying him nor his pet (where permitted) disturb the neighbors of the house or the surrounding area.

In the event that the client or one of the persons accompanying him or his pet (where permitted) act inappropriately or unacceptably, we reserve the right to cancel the rental immediately and without notice. In such case Borgo Sant’Ercolano is not required to refund the total or partial cost of the rental.

Swimming pool

The swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm.

The use of swim cap is mandatory.

Pool towels are not provided, but can be requested for € 10 each.

Rented towels must be returned to reception upon check-out.

It is strictly forbidden to use the towels provided in the apartment in the pool area.

Children under 14 years of age may access the swimming pool accompanied and under the strict supervision of an adult.

You will find the pool rules at the entrance.

Parking

The structure has a reserved covered parking, free but not guarded.

Children

Children up to 2 years old stay free of charge without the provision of a cot/crib.

Pets

With advance notice we accept pets accompanied by an international booklet certifying the presence of a microchip and a list of annual vaccinations.

Pets are not allowed in the pool area or solarium, and must be kept under surveillance in common areas.

Crib/cot

A cot (up to 1 year) or a cot (up to 3 years) are available upon request at a cost of € 30 per day.

Bed

Extra beds are provided upon request.

Heating

Heating is available upon request at a cost of € 50 per day.
