La Dimora del Mastro Carbonaio is composed of a large living room with fireplace and open kitchen, two very beautiful double bedrooms with two private bathrooms.
All the windows of the apartment, very spacious and bright, are like a painting: they frame a breathtaking view of the valley, the swimming pool and the garden, giving an atmosphere of peace and harmony.
La Dimora del Mastro Carbonaio is located on the first floor and can be reached via a convenient private external staircase.
The reservation made online on this site will be immediately active after payment of the confirmatory deposit.
You will receive an email from us with all the reservation details.
With the payment of the confirmation deposit, the general booking and cancellation conditions are considered understood and accepted.
Borgo Sant’Ercolano offers a single non-refundable rate, with a 30% deposit (refundable in case of cancellation within 15 days of arrival) to be paid by bank transfer upon booking and the remaining 70% to be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash upon check-in.

You will have four days to finalize the payment while maintaining the validity of the reservation.
For cancellations caused by proven health reasons or force majeure, your entire payment will be refunded.
Our reception opening hours are from 9am to 1pm and from 2.30pm to 5pm.
Check-in is possible from 2:30 pm to 5 pm on the day of arrival.
The keys will be given to you upon payment of the stay.
Check-out is possible from 9 to 10:30 on the day of departure.
Late check-out is available on request, for a fee.
The customer has the responsibility to treat the accommodation with respect.
He is held responsible for any damage that he himself – or anyone in his group or his pet – has caused.
The guest is required to leave the accommodation clean and tidy.
The guest is required to wash the dishes, empty the fridge and freezer before leaving and not leave rubbish inside or outside the apartment, even if final cleaning is included in the price.
The staff will be able to verify in person at check-out.
If the above is not respected, a sum of 100 euros will be requested.
The customer is responsible for any personal or physical damage that he, or his pet, causes during the rental period, even for damages for which he is or may be insured.
The customer has the duty to ensure that neither he nor the people accompanying him nor his pet (where permitted) disturb the neighbors of the house or the surrounding area.
In the event that the client or one of the persons accompanying him or his pet (where permitted) act inappropriately or unacceptably, we reserve the right to cancel the rental immediately and without notice. In such case Borgo Sant’Ercolano is not required to refund the total or partial cost of the rental.
The swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm.
The use of swim cap is mandatory.
Pool towels are not provided, but can be requested for € 10 each.
Rented towels must be returned to reception upon check-out.
It is strictly forbidden to use the towels provided in the apartment in the pool area.
Children under 14 years of age may access the swimming pool accompanied and under the strict supervision of an adult.
You will find the pool rules at the entrance.
The structure has a reserved covered parking, free but not guarded.
Extra beds are provided upon request.
Heating is available upon request at a cost of € 50 per day.
